I have been a big Fan of yours since I was 1O Yrs Old &when I first watched Starsky & Hutch when it first came on the Air. I just want to be honest with you that when I first saw you on that show I thought you were very Handsome & because the other Appearances on different TV Shows you did Co Star on I was just a Baby or too young to watch them. I did however got to see you on Starsky & Hutch & every other Movie you were in after 1979. The one Movie that I really loved you in was Sales Lot,I had to beg my Mother to watch that movie because you were in it, then I had the hardest time to be able to go to my first Funeral because of the Scene with Danny Glick popping out of the Casket when the Cemetery Guy went down there to open it up. I can tell you I jumped out of my chair & couldn’t go to sleep for two nights after that. I didn’t care because you were in that Movie & I was so thrilled just to see you
I also used to play your Record Don’t Give Up On Us so many times that my Sister got so angry because that’s all I did play on my Record Player that she broke my Record & told me if I continued to play it she would break that Record too. Well I did get a new Record & player & I only listened to it when she wasn’t at home. Well have a Wonderful Birthday & I will keep you in my Prayers Always.

I am so sorry I won’t be able to come see you in NYC as my business is open 7 days a week and there is only my husband, myself and our teenage employee Angelina to care for the animals. Our new fawns, Starsky, Hutch, and Huggy send their love and best wishes too. I love how the customers love you too. Take care.

When I saw my first episode of S&H in April 2015 and then became a forever fan, I had no idea of all the wonderful things that would happen. The friendship and love between the two main characters on Starsky & Hutch has become a real positive influence in my life. Thank you for bringing “Hutch” to life and making that possible. Since then I have discovered so many more things about you. I love your music; what a wonderful voice you have, and I find myself listening to your songs almost every day. Because of you, my positive attitude has led me to many positive things, making your “dogs quilt” among them. You have brought so much joy and light into my life and I can’t thank you enough. Happy Birthday to you David!! I usually like to send you a quote or two or three for your birthday. In light of all your work in making people aware of the cruelty to dogs regarding the Asian meat market trade and in honor of those beloved furry companions, I have 3 quotes: First from Martin Luther, believe it or not – ” The dog is the most faithful of animals and would be much esteemed were it not so common. Our Lord God has made His greatest gift the commonest.” The next two come from renowned and esteemed world leaders from previous generations. Harry S Truman said,” If you want a friend in Washington, get a dog.” (I know I sent that one last year, but considering what is going on in DC these days, I found it apropos) – and lastly – from Charles deGaulle – “The better I get to know men, the more I find myself loving dogs.” Hope I got a chuckle out of ya.
